Individual and group sessions
Some people want a quiet hour with someone who can answer their questions. Some teams want the whole department in one room. We do both, and in either case most of the time goes to using the tools on real work rather than watching slides.
We've taught retirement communities, professional associations, marketing teams, and university classrooms. We never assume a technical background, and we leave room for the questions people usually hold back.
A group session works well when you want a department to get started together. One-on-one is better when the work is sensitive or specialized. Tell us which one fits, and we'll sort out the details on a free first call.
